Experience the majesty of the High Atlas on our ISK Summit day hike. This exhilarating 7-hour journey takes you from charming Imlil through traditional Berber villages to the spectacular ISK summit at 2,500m, where panoramic views of Mount Toubkal and the surrounding peaks await.

Setting off from Imlil (1,700m), our journey begins with a gentle climb to Tamatert village. As we ascend through fragrant pine and juniper woodlands, the landscape transforms, offering increasingly spectacular views of the Imlil valley. At Tidily (2,200m), we'll pause to appreciate the magnificent panorama before continuing our ascent to the ISK summit (2,500m).
Here, surrounded by North Africa's most impressive peaks including the majestic Mount Toubkal, we'll enjoy a well-earned picnic lunch while soaking in the awe-inspiring 360-degree views. The patchwork of traditional Berber villages dotting the valleys below creates a scene that perfectly captures the timeless beauty of Morocco's mountain culture.
Our descent follows a different route, crossing the serene Tidily Plateau before continuing to Armed village (1,900m). The final leg of our journey takes us through Achain village and past a refreshing waterfall before returning to Imlil, completing a truly unforgettable Atlas Mountain experience.

This is a moderate hike suitable for people with reasonable fitness. The total elevation gain is about 800m with varied terrain.
Sturdy hiking boots, weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended), sun protection, at least 2 liters of water, camera, and personal snacks. We provide the picnic lunch.
We recommend this hike for children ages 14+ with hiking experience.
