The optimal trekking season is from May to October. July and August can be very hot at lower altitudes but perfect in the mountains. Spring (May-June) offers wildflowers and greener landscapes, while autumn (September-October) provides stable weather and clear visibility.
The trek is designed with proper acclimatisation in mind. The first few days help you adjust gradually before attempting higher altitudes. Our guides are trained to monitor for altitude-related issues and adjust the pace accordingly.
Most nights are spent camping in high-quality tents in stunning locations. The final mountain night is in a traditional gîte (mountain lodge) with basic but clean facilities. The first and last nights are in comfortable hotels in Marrakech.
