The Morocco Three Peaks Challenge is a demanding trek suitable for experienced hikers with a good level of fitness. You'll be hiking for up to 10 hours a day, covering significant distances and elevation gains at high altitudes. While no technical climbing skills are required, you should be comfortable with some scrambling and prepared for challenging terrain.

Your journey begins with a transfer from Marrakech to Imlil, where you'll meet your support crew. Trek through the Toubkal Valley, passing Berber villages as you ascend to the mountain refuge. Enjoy lunch on the trail and dinner at the refuge.
Hiking: 6 hours, 12km, 1540m ascent
Summit the twin peaks of Mt Ouanoukrim: Timzguida (4089m) and Ras (4083m). Enjoy panoramic views of the High Atlas range, including Mt Toubkal. Return to the refuge for the night.
Hiking: 6-7 hours, 12km, 1000m ascent and descent
An early start for the Mt Toubkal (4167m) summit push. Reach the top for sunrise and stunning views across the Atlas Mountains and Sahara Desert. Descend to Imlil and transfer back to Marrakech.
Hiking: 10 hours, 20km, 1130m ascent, 2530m descent
This trek is available all year round. If you are travelling alone please contact us as there is often the opportunity to join a group.

Yes, you can leave non-essential items at our office in Marrakech or Imlil before starting your trek. This allows you to travel light on the mountain.
The best time for the Three Peaks Challenge is from May to October when weather conditions are most favorable. July and August can be very hot at lower elevations, while winter months (November to April) bring snow and require winter mountaineering skills.
